As a Community Manager at ModularMind, you will play a pivotal role in connecting, engaging, and supporting our community of users. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong social media presence, fostering meaningful interactions, and building lasting relationships with our existing and potential customers. Additionally, you will be a key point of contact through platforms like Discord, ensuring that our users have the best possible experience with our platform.
Requirements
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate content that resonates with our community and showcases the capabilities of ModularMind.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with user-generated content.
Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing.
Encourage users to share their success stories, use cases, and feedback.
Collect and analyze user feedback to help shape the platform's development.
Manage our Discord server, ensuring a welcoming and informative environment.
Identify opportunities to expand our user base and engage with potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the benefits of ModularMind to target audiences.
Develop and implement referral and loyalty programs to incentivize community growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Community Manager or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for AI and technology, with a basic understanding of AI models and their applications.
Familiarity with social media platforms, community management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with users.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
Previous experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus.
